Hartman is headquartered in Timonium, Maryland, with offices in Columbia and Bethesda. While many associates spend the majority of their time with their clients, the Hartman offices are always available for meetings and desk time. In the Timonium office, associates enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen, complete with coffee, tea, fresh fruit, nuts and granola bars, as well as an on-site gym and deli.
We know how important it is to kick back and have fun as a team. An internal group plans social activities that bring our team together for crab feasts, happy hours, and our annual BBQ and pool party. As a reward for our hard work and dedication, Hartman celebrates by taking the entire company on an annual trip to destinations such as Jamaica, Florida and Mexico. Family members are often invited to participate in social events throughout the year. Even COVID couldn’t stop our fun, as we continued to gather as team for virtual bingo games, trivia nights, happy hours and family pizza parties.
Volunteerism and community involvement are integral to the Hartman culture, and one of the company’s guiding principles is to be a giver, not a taker. Hartman participates in and sponsors numerous philanthropic events each year. Volunteering together lets the Hartman team collaborate outside the office and demonstrate our shared commitment to strengthen the communities in which we do business.
