Alison manages all of Hartman’s internal and external marketing and communications efforts. She’s responsible for ensuring our words match our actions and what we say best represents Hartman and our clients. Her job is both strategy and execution. She develops and maintains our brand with creativity, finesse and enthusiasm. This includes strategic planning, content creation, media relations, event planning and speaker preparation.

Prior to joining Hartman, Alison provided support and guidance for clients through integrated communications agencies in New York and Baltimore. She partnered with C-level executives to develop and implement initiatives and campaigns for companies in the financial services, healthcare, consumer electronics and lifestyle industries. Alison specializes in media and presentation training, and has helped over 100 senior executives communicate effectively in interview scenarios and to audiences of all sizes.
In addition to leading Hartman’s marketing efforts, Alison oversees our employee engagement team and organizes company-wide social and philanthropic activities. Her innate ability to plan and execute is in full force outside of work as well, where she is perpetually in planning mode for her next vacation or social event. When she has time to relax, she enjoys playing tennis and seeing Broadway shows.
