With nearly 15 years of recruiting and human resources experience, Bryony is an expert at determining the appropriate blend of hard and soft skills necessary to succeed in technology and business. She knows just what to ask to get truthful, in-depth answers to tough questions. Bryony knows that what she does is about more than resumes and cover letters; she maintains relationships with a diverse group of professionals at all levels to help position the best people for the most appropriate roles.

Bryony previously managed the recruiting function for PayPal’s Baltimore location, where she recruited and hired hundreds of individuals into roles ranging from entry level to the C-suite. Her experience and knowledge also comes from time spent with Liberty Mutual Insurance and Bank of America. When MBNA merged with Bank of America, Bryony was part of the team that integrated the two companies’ applicant tracking systems. She was quickly promoted to system administrator, responsible for managing an entire team. In this role, Bryony developed a range of technical and interpersonal skills that she brings with her to every role.

Family is Bryony’s top priority, and she always has great stories about a recent vacation or outdoor adventure they embarked on together.
