Christine believes people are the most valuable component of any organization, and that technology can only help an organization thrive with the right people in the right support roles. One of Hartman’s first employees, Christine transforms complex business issues into people-focused solutions. Through her, clients come to understand how their organizational goals tie closely to their employees, and how they must hire, train and retain the right talent to drive growth. Christine employs a strategic methodology to ensure the strength of this link, which includes an assessment of an organization’s structure for gaps and misalignments. Christine and her team work to improve the employee lifecycle, through hiring, onboarding, coaching, mentoring and ongoing professional development. As a result, her clients experience improved retention, support for business growth and increased ability to achieve desired outcomes.

“The people behind a company’s technology play a critical role in enabling IT as a business driver. We must remain focused on the people part of the equation to ensure long-term business success.”

-Christine Twele

Not only does Christine help clients achieve their goals, but she’s also focused on the growth and professional development of the Hartman team. In this role, she carries out internal programs focused on employee engagement and skill building. Given the wealth of talent and experience within Hartman, Christine developed a program that puts employees in charge of small group learning communities, giving colleagues the chance to learn from and with one another on a regular basis.

Christine truly enjoys connecting people to great opportunities. Prior to Hartman, she honed her people skills at Andersen Consulting [Accenture] and spent 10 years as a business owner. Her collective experiences, knack for defining ROI and big-picture thinking make her a trusted strategic advisor and an invaluable part of any organization.

Outside of work, Christine keeps busy on the board for The Children’s Home, a residential facility for youth who have experienced difficult times and are in need of supervised care. She can also be found flying through the air during her weekly trapeze class or, on calmer days, spending time with family and friends.
