For more than 20 years, Mark has been providing innovative IT security, management and operations solutions to firms in the biotechnology, government and finance sectors. He’s held IT leadership and support roles for public, private and government organizations including include the Department of Health and Human Services, Internal Revenue Service, Veterans Administration, State Employees Credit Union and Booz Allen Hamilton.
As the CISO and subsequently CIO for First Federal Credit Union, he laid the foundation fo their cybersecurity and risk management capabilities, ensuring they met regulatory compliance. This included establishing plans for incident response, disaster recovery and business continuity, vendor management and training. He also created the company’s IT strategic plan for all IT services and operations, in the areas of networking, systems administration and support.
Mark is an avid golfer. When he’s not out on the course working on his game, he’s spending time with his family.
