Working closely with his clients, Paul helps bridge the gap between IT and business, identifying limitations and providing flexible, scalable solutions to accommodate the needs of growing organizations. He immerses himself into his clients’ industries, getting a full understanding of challenges and measures of success, which helps him deliver the most relevant recommendations and build long-term relationships based on trust.
Paul has worked with companies of all sizes and at all levels of growth, from pre-IPO start-up ventures to Fortune 500 firms. While at Edge Hosting, he led a cloud team responsible for collapsing over 25 VMware environments down to three, building a remote datacenter and developing competitive solutions to bring in new customers. His experience also includes leading an engineering team to maintain 24/7 environments with minimal downtime. Throughout his 20-year career, Paul has focused on constantly growing his skill set to help him solve complex challenges from both a business and IT perspective.
When he’s not in the office, Paul enjoys time in nature with his family. They spend their summers at Lake Wallenpaupack, biking, fishing, camping and boating.
