Aaron takes a personalized, business-focused approach to cybersecurity and risk management, helping clients build security programs that protect their organizations without disrupting how they operate. He works closely with leadership teams to understand their unique operational goals, culture, and risk tolerance, then aligns security strategy accordingly. Drawing on more than a decade of IT and cybersecurity experience, much of it in healthcare, Aaron helps clients strengthen their security posture, manage risk effectively, and build resilient programs grounded in practical, risk-based solutions.

Aaron brings more than 10 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity, including nine years at Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC), where he progressed from Network Engineer to Senior Cybersecurity Engineer. There, he helped lead the hospital’s recovery and rebuilding efforts following a ransomware attack during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, reinforcing his commitment to resilience, risk management, and strong cybersecurity leadership. He also drove lasting cultural change by increasing awareness and appreciation for cybersecurity across the organization. Aaron was previously recognized with the Above and Beyond Award at Advance Business Systems for his commitment to customer success and exceptional service. 

Family is Aaron’s top priority, and outside of work he makes the most of it — staying active, golfing, playing basketball, coaching his son’s sports teams, and cheering on the Orioles and the Ravens.
