Aaron’s deep expertise in business managed combined with his technical experience provides the foundation for next-generation ideas, development and implementation.
“It’s a combination of talent development, understanding business needs, and using the right technology in the right ways that helps companies grow and work toward achieving their goals.”
Prior to joining Hartman, Aaron led the IT department at one of the largest privately held construction and engineering firms in the United States. Notably, he successfully brought on a project manager and IT PMO governance, creating an entirely new section of IT and transforming the way the company ran projects. Within four months, the business value of the change was apparent in the dramatic increase of on-time completion rates. Aaron also pioneered the company’s digital transformation by working with Operations to make it so users could securely access data anywhere and on any device, helping the field workers to be more efficient.
When he’s not in the office, Aaron spends his time with his family and is a STEM volunteer at his children’s elementary school. He also enjoys being outside, whether he’s biking, hiking or gardening, and likes to work around his house and build models. Aaron also finds time to run multiple committees at his synagogue and was previously on the executive board.
