Prior to joining Hartman, Chris was the CISO for a government agency responsible for safeguarding highly sensitive criminal justice and healthcare information. In this role, he established enterprise-wide security policies and data breach resiliency plans, in addition to managing the information security financials. Chris also worked at Uline, where he led several large-scale projects, including the implementation of multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, and role-based access controls. Notably, he executed the successful transition to cloud-based services, ensuring enhanced security and operational efficiency.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time outside mountain biking and hiking. He also likes cooking and tackling various home improvement projects.
