She believes strong IT leadership combined with a strong IT roadmap is the differentiator in today’s business environment. And along the way, she connects them to others to help them build and strengthen their networks as well. Cindy is also committed to the Hartman spirit of giving back. She’s President of the Board of Starboard Society, a nonprofit she co-founded in 2011 that provides financial support for working Maryland families in need. Cindy is a die-hard Ravens fan, enjoys travel, golf and spending time with her family. She is also active in her church and with the Boy Scouts of America.
