Dakota began her career at Howard Bank as a teller. It took less than a year for her to be promoted to a project coordinator role. In this position, she leveraged her client facing experience and developed a strong understanding of business processes to better shape the core of operations of the bank. Dakota led multiple engagements, including the execution of several projects and strategic initiatives with significant IT components. She also served as administrator of a business process automation tool for the entire bank.
When Dakota is not working, she enjoys painting, watching scary movies, and spending time with family and friends.
