Ethan believes that technology is a powerful tool that empowers companies to grow and thrive. As an associate in Hartman’s Leadership Development Program (LDP), Ethan is taking on a 12-month rotational work experience in the company’s key areas. He works closely with a variety of teams and is dedicated to working with clients to understand their vision and help them reach their goals.
Prior to Hartman, Ethan spent nearly four years as an IT data integration specialist for ArmadaCare. He oversaw integration and correction of data from a variety of sources and was also responsible for development and coding. Ethan also managed cross-departmental projects, effectively communicating technical details with individuals in non-technical roles. His work helped him develop a strong understanding of the role IT plays in advancing functions of other business units, and how to unify business and IT.
Outside of work, you might find Ethan at the hot new restaurant or cocktail bar. He enjoys experimenting with food and drink, as well as reading and following local sports.
