Jim is a seasoned executive who’s led IT organizations in mid-size companies for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Hartman, he spent most of his career in the technology, insurance/financial services and nonprofit sectors, with companies in the US, Europe and Asia.
He’s successfully reshaped IT organizations to fit a combined business and technology vision and moved into the role of a welcomed strategic business partner. One of his critical responsibilities was leading software development and delivery services to transform and modernize technology platforms for multiple Health and Human Services agencies. This project improved operational efficiencies for these organizations by 20 to 30 percent.
The father of twins, Jim enjoys spending time coaching their youth basketball and volleyball teams. You’ll also find him vacationing with his family on the beaches of North Carolina.
