Her ability to connect the right people at the right time enables organizations to succeed and achieve both their long- and short-term goals. Following a college career as a Division 1 student athlete, Katha began her sales and marketing career in professional sports for the Washington Bullets NBA team. She has been in the IT industry for the past ten years, where she built a reputation helping small to enterprise-level organizations connect business processes with people and technology to get results.
Katha is passionate about her family and her faith. Focused on improving the lives of others, she is always “raising her hand” and volunteering as much as possible. She and her husband are self-proclaimed foodies and love traveling anywhere with water, sun and sand.
