As Executive Coordinator for Hartman’s Construction and Real Estate, and Manufacturing, Distribution, Logistics and Retail industries, Kayla works alongside executives to ensure project efforts are cohesive and delivered on time to drive the most value to clients. Kayla is a detail-oriented professional and plays a pivotal role in fostering organized, collaborative environments across teams. 

Kayla has an extensive background in administrative and accounting roles, including coordinating office operations and managing accounts across various industries. Before joining the Hartman team, Kayla served as Executive Assistant for Messiah Community Church where she maintained schedules and acted as a liaison with other departments, ministries, and outside agencies. She was also the office manager for a technical services company providing integration of system solutions. 

Outside of the office, you can find Kayla cheering on one of her four children at a sporting event, or supporting her home team favorites, the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles. Beyond the world of sports, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling to new places.
