Kurt has built a career serving clients by helping them solve a diverse range of business challenges. He leads and manages the operations of the contractor business model at Hartman and gets to interact with a lot of people, both inside and outside of the company. According to Kurt, what he likes the most is that every day is different, and that every day brings a new opportunity to contribute to the overall growth and success of Hartman’s clients.
“Technology can be a true competitive differentiator. Regardless of industry, properly applied technology can make your organization better, faster and stronger.”
In two previous roles, including one that he held during the recession, Kurt started and scaled operations from the ground up that generated both job opportunities and significant revenue for the organizations. Most recently, he worked on a team at Piper Companies that supported commercial businesses with a focus on software application development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics and engineering.
When not at work, Kurt’s three young children take up most of his time, especially as he coaches his oldest son’s club lacrosse team. He also enjoys fishing, golfing and visiting his parents in Bethany Beach.
