Client Experience Manager
Linda has a unique background that combines technology expertise, recruiting experience and customer satisfaction. She manages Hartman’s client satisfaction process and activities to support client retention. In addition to initiating formal outreach efforts and surveys, Linda makes sure to connect with all Hartman clients on an one-on-one basis to listen to their feedback and address any concerns.
Linda’s expertise in finding creative solutions to problems combined with her outgoing, friendly nature show how perfectly suited she is for her role at Hartman. She has over a decade of experience in technical sales, consulting and team development, most recently with PTC, a product development software company. Linda started her professional career with Westinghouse (now Northrop Grumman), where she used her background in mechanical engineering to design equipment for airborne radar systems, earning her three patent disclosure awards.
In her free time, Linda enjoys cooking and staying active, especially when she can get outside. She volunteers with her church and helps serve a hot meal to those suffering from food insecurity every Saturday morning in Baltimore City.
