Linda has a unique background that combines technology expertise and recruiting experience. She manages Hartman’s hiring process from start to finish, using her skills to connect with candidates and evaluate them for employment opportunities at all levels. Linda is also critical to initial onboarding efforts and orientation activities for new team members, providing the support they need to move effortlessly into their new role.

Combine the work Linda did before joining Hartman with her outgoing, friendly nature and ability to find creative solutions to problems, and you’ll see how perfectly suited she is for her role. She has over a decade of experience in technical sales, consulting and team development, most recently with PTC, a product development software company. However, Linda started her professional career with Westinghouse (now Northrop Grumman), where she used her background in mechanical engineering to design equipment for airborne radar systems, earning her three patent disclosure awards.
In her free time, Linda is an active volunteer with her church, her children’s schools and Ballet Mobile, a nonprofit performing troupe. She also enjoys cooking and a good work out.
