Lisa plays a pivotal role for Hartman’s healthcare team, ensuring that deadlines are met, schedules are coordinated, people are where they need to be, and proper communication has taken place across the board. She is instrumental in organizing and facilitating internal and external meetings, conference details, and strategic planning sessions, all of which keeps the team on task and operating efficiently. Detail-oriented and easy to work with, Lisa’s actions “behind the scenes” are key to the team’s success.

Prior to joining Hartman, Lisa directed and managed country club banquet functions, including weddings. She coordinated with various vendors during all event phases and supervised junior staff members. Lisa also gained experience for her current role as a marketing assistant with Skanska USA Building, one of the country’s largest construction and development companies. In her role, she worked closely with product development teams on marketing materials, compiled report data, coordinated event details, and sourced vendors. Additionally, Lisa has experience as a customer service representative for a technology company and executive assistant at a biotechnology research firm.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys volunteering in her community, traveling, and spending time with her family.
