“Technology provides a sense of organization to our jobs, moving away from the paper and pencil. Using collaboration software, real-time data, and access to continuous learning opportunities enables us to be more productive in the workplace.” – Nicole SullivanBefore Hartman, Nicole spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry with a global events company where she served as a liaison between internal divisions, vendor partners and clients. In her role, Nicole was responsible for meeting management including coordinating registration requirements, attendee credentials, reporting, and marketing needs. As a manager, she ensured assigned team projects were delivered timely, accurately, and that they far exceeded expectations. Outside of her professional career, Nicole likes listening to an array of music and looking forward to her next beach trip, crab feast, or Pittsburgh Pens hockey game. She spends a lot of time with friends and family including her husband and two girls whom she encourages to always ‘pay it forward’. Nicole also volunteers in her community through her church, with the American Cancer Society, and as a youth volleyball coach.
