After 35 years in technology leadership, Nicole knows that what is cutting edge today will be commonplace in a few short years. She relishes the rapidly changing landscape and exponential growth capabilities that technology offers, and helps her clients get the most from their technology investments to realize their organizational goals.
“Technology is mostly a means to achieving something else – perhaps facilitating communication and relationships, providing understanding and insights, or making complicated work easier. Any investment in technology needs to be driven and measured by a specific and important need articulated in the business.” Nicole Weaver
Before joining Hartman, Nicole spent nearly 14 years guiding and managing the technology investments of various nonprofits, with missions including international development, higher education and performing arts. Most recently, she served as Chief Information Officer and Chief Strategy Officer for the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts where she was responsible for transforming an underperforming IT function into a valued strategic asset. Nicole was also previously CIO at the Catholic University of America and Women for Women International.
