Prior to coming to Hartman, O.G. supported major hospital systems and assisted living communities in both the U.S. and the U.K. He understands the importance of providing leadership that drives organizations to achieve Adoption, Optimization, and Meaningful Use. With specific expertise in training development and curriculum design, O.G. has worked at notable organizations including Kaiser Permanente, The Cleveland Clinic, University of Maryland Medical System, Johns Hopkins, Bon Secours, Inova Hospital System, Cedars-Sinai of Beverly Hills, Sunrise Senior Living and Gracewell Healthcare.

Nowadays, he is happy watching horror or action movies and binge-watching cable TV while eating lots of buttery popcorn. He is also an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated and serves as chair of the Virtual Social Committee.
