Prior to joining Hartman, Rachel managed sales and marketing operations, including continuous analysis and improvement of protocols, processes and training at a leading employee health and wellness organization. In a previous role, she served as the executive assistant to the CEO and COO, and provided a bridge for seamless communication between the executives’ offices and internal departments. Rachel also spent time with the Baltimore Business Journal, where she provided marketing consultation to clients and helped them implement solutions to grow their brand awareness in the region.
Rachel is a self-proclaimed foodie and a classically trained singer. She is a mentor with Year Up Baltimore and helps college students navigate new experiences and shape their careers. Rachel also supports The Family Tree by volunteering at events and assisting with their fundraising efforts.
