Toby’s background includes both IT operations and support, following an early career as an ironworker. He’s worked in and supported private and public companies, including commercial real estate and construction. Toby began his IT career as a LAN technician working on the first versions of Windows NT Server, moving into different areas of IT and into IT management, where he successfully implemented projects that included the Cloud, Hosted VoIP, corporate moves, and transitions to outsourced managed solutions providers. Those management roles also included working with senior staff to develop their strategic IT business plans and policies.
Toby’s a family man and a DIY’er. When he’s not helping his clients improve performance and reach new heights of success, he’s working outdoors on his property, spending time with his wife and children and supporting his children in their activities, like lacrosse and travel ice hockey. (He’s certified as a Level 4 USA Ice Hockey Coach!) He’s also president of his neighborhood homeowner’s association.
