best places to work award

TIMONIUM, Md., August 5, 2015 – The Baltimore Business Journal has named Hartman Executive Advisors a finalist in their annual Best Places to Work competition for the second year in a row.

Best Places to Work highlights companies that scored highest on an anonymous employee survey administered by Quantum Workplace on behalf of the Baltimore Business Journal.

“We have an extremely low turnover rate at Hartman, said Dave Hartman, president and founder of Hartman Executive Advisors. “Our employees are treated like professionals, and have the autonomy to interact with their clients and colleagues in a way that creates the best outcomes and results. We treat each other like family and encourage a climate of mutual respect and care for one another.”

Hartman employees enjoy annual performance-based company trips to tropical destinations in addition to various social events throughout the year. There are also many opportunities for employees to volunteer with their colleagues and family members to make a difference in the community.

The annual contest drew more than 100 nominations from companies in the Baltimore area.
