[BALTIMORE, Md.] – [MAY 11, 2022] – Hartman Executive Advisors has been recognized as an honoree of the 2022 Baltimore Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, an awards program presented by the Baltimore Business Journal.
The Baltimore Business Journal’s Best Places to Work awards seek to honor these companies and this year, we are recognizing 35 finalists across four company size categories — micro, small, medium and large — based on employee count. The finalists received the strongest scores among the nearly 100 nominated firms. The scores were based on a confidential employee survey given to a majority of each company’s employees by the BBJ’s Best Places to Work research partner, Quantum Workplace.
To be eligible, a company had to have 10 or more employees and be headquartered or have a presence in Baltimore City or Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Cecil, Harford or Howard counties. Companies that have won first place in the same category three years in a row are not eligible to win or be nominated in 2022. These companies will be inducted into the Best Places to Work Hall of Fame and will be eligible to be nominated again after a two-year break.
