She excels in collaborating with business leaders to understand their unique hurdles and jointly crafting solutions to achieve their goals. Kim has a proven record of success in defining technical vision and executing innovative, insightful solutions, as well as a strong history of leading high-performance IT teams.
Kim spent nearly 20 years with National Church Residences, one of the nation’s largest nonprofit providers of affordable housing, culminating in her role as VP, Information Technology. She was responsible for leading the IT department and determining the vision and IT strategy to support the Corporate and Affordable Housing divisions. Notably, she transformed the IT department to become a 24/7 operation supporting the entire organization and all operating divisions with over 2,500 users. Previously, Kim held a variety of roles in IT with CompuServe Network Services, including Application Developer, Business Analyst, Project Manager and Development Team Leader.
In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves the outdoors, especially playing golf in the summer and snow skiing in the winter. She’s also a devoted Miami Dolphins fan.
